Call for Applications

The Tribal EPA & U.S. EPA Region 9 Conference is accepting applications for exhibitors who wish to provide information about their environmental and/or Tribal agency, organization, or business.

Please complete this application in full. Submitting an application is not a guarantee of acceptance. The deadline for applications is September 30, 2024.

Exhibitors will be notified whether or not they have been accepted no later than October 1, 2024. Once notified of acceptance, exhibitors will be provided with the required registration and payment link. Registration and payment MUST be completed prior to set-up. 

Exhibitor Rules & Requirements

  1. Exhibitors must pay the $300 exhibitor fee in advance. The fee includes a 6-foot table with linen, two chairs, a trash can, and power in the form of 2 outlets.
  2. There is no charge for Tribes, government agencies, and non-profit organizations. Non-profit organizations must provide proof of non-profit status.
  3. Booth splitting is not allowed. Only those whose names are listed in the application may be in the booth.
  4. Exhibitors will be assigned a space by the conference coordinators.
  5. Space is assigned for three (3) days (Tuesday – Thursday). 
  6. Set-up begins no earlier than 7 am on Tuesday, October 22, 2024.
  7. Exhibitors are NOT allowed to make any sales.
  8. Exhibitors will have NO access to back of house or equipment. 
  9. Booths shall have no horizontal overhead projections.
  10. Canopies and tents are not permitted.
  11. Use of decorative materials, including draperies and vegetation, shall be in accordance with the California State Fire Code. 
  12. Non-adherence to these requirements will result in ejection from the event.
