2023 Tribal EPA & U.S. EPA Region 9 Conference Registration Fees:

• Virtual (online only): $100
• Early Bird (March 1, 2022 - July 31, 2022): $300
• Regular (August 1, 2022 - October 22, 2022): $350
• On-Site (October 23, 2022 - October 26, 2022): $400

Your registration will not be considered complete until your payment has been received.

Early-Bird Registrations

For early-bird registrations, payment must be received or postmarked no later than July 31, 2023.

Regular Registrations

For regular registration, payment must be received or postmarked between August 1 – October 22, 2023.

Payment by Check, Money Order, or Cashier’s Check

Use discount code PAYBYCHECK when registering if not paying at the time of registration.

For administrative purposes, registration will not be complete until the check payment is received. Please submit the check payment promptly to ensure registrants will receive all benefits of the conference.

USEPA Staff

USEPA should select the free “USEPA Staff ONLY” ticket type on the Accelevents registration page. You MUST use an epa.gov email to qualify for this ticket type.

Ticket and Receipt

Upon completing your registration, registrants will receive a confirmation email with the ticket attached in the .pdf format. The ticket can serve as an invoice. Sample Ticket (.pdf, 44 KB)

Registration will not be considered complete until payment has been received. After registering, please check your Inbox (and Spam folder) to ensure that you received your registration confirmation through Accelevents. The email should list:

“From: Accelevents
Subject: Your Ticket for 2023 Tribal EPA & U.S. EPA Region 9 Conference”

Registration will be open through the 2023 Tribal EPA Region 9 Conference Accelevents Event Page.

Converting to a different type of registration

If you wish to convert from in-person to online-only registration, you may do so up to September 30, 2023, by contacting us at [email protected]. We will convert your registration and refund the amount you paid over $100.

If you wish to convert from online-only to in-person registration, you may do so at any time up to October 22, 2023. Contact us at [email protected] and we will convert your registration and charge you the amount remaining over your initial $100 online registration fee.

Online Registration Refunds

NO REFUNDS will be made for Virtual (online-only) registrations.

In-person Registration Refunds

Refund request received:

• by August 31, 2023 - 100% refund of the registration price, minus a 10% processing fee.
• between September 1 and September 30, 2023 - 50% refund of the registration price, minus a 10% processing fee.
• after September 2, 2023 - 0% refund of the registration price. (NO REFUNDS will be issued.)

Refund Method

All refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. Refunds may take up to thirty (30) days to be issued.

By submitting your registration, you are consenting to be photographed and/or videotaped, or to appear on conference live streaming video feeds. Photographs, videos, and live streams will be used for educational and informational purposes only.
