Announcement: Tribal EPA Region 9 Acknowledgment of the San Pasqual Band of Missions Indians

The Tribal EPA Region 9 Conference announces the Tribal EPA Region 9 Acknowledgment of the San Pasqual Band of Missions Indians.

From 2017 to 2020, the dedicated staff of the San Pasqual Band of Mission Indians Environmental Department hosted and organized the Tribal EPA Region 9 Conference. We want to acknowledge the hard work of Environmental Director John Flores, Vanessa Martinez, Melissa Morales, and the entire San Pasqual team for the wonderful job they have done over the past four years. Even with the challenges of COVID-19 in 2020, John and his crew came through with a fantastic all-online conference.

We have some big shoes to fill and want to extend our gratitude to John and his staff for their mentorship and support as the Pala Environmental Department takes over for the next two years. Thank you for making the last four conferences such a wonderful experience and for clearing a path for us to follow.
