2023 Accelevents Virtual Event Hub

Conference Hub Access

Access to the 2023 Tribal EPA Region 9 Conference Virtual Event Hub is now open for all registered attendees on Accelevents.

Note: Chrome is the preferred browser to access the event page, virtual event hub, and studio link. However, when using an iPhone or an iPad, Safari might work better.

Reminder: Paid attendees can also access the Virtual Event Hub through the Event Landing Page (where tickets were purchased) by clicking on Enter Event.

Through Accelevents, you can plan your own personalized conference agenda with calendar invitations and reminders. Click the “Bookmark” button on the sessions you want to attend to add them to your schedule. You can also click “Add to Calendar” to add the session directly to Outlook, Google Calendar, Yahoo Calendar, or iCal. Make sure to scroll all the way through each day to see all the sessions using the arrow on the right of the agenda screen. There are up to four sessions per hour.

You can also search for topics by clicking “Tracks and Tags” at the top of the agenda page. Select the tags you are interested in to filter the agenda by those topics. 

Personalized Profiles

Accelevents allows you to personalize your profile with a photo, bio, and more. This is where you will find other attendees and begin networking. You can schedule one-on-one meetings, connect with speakers, participate in the event chat, and more. Here is a helpful article on the basics of joining the event, but we recommend you simply start looking around by clicking on the different tabs to see where they take you.

Info Desk

Click on the Info Desk tab in the Virtual Event Hub to access the FAQs for topics such as adding sessions to your schedule, editing your profile, and how to join a session. You can also find important documents like the Full Conference Agenda, and the Breakout Session Agenda.

Lounges

Lounges are set up for attendees to share information regarding job postings, grants and funding resources, and swag. Click on the Lounges link in the Event Hub main menu.
